We have been made aware that a third party has set up an unlawful and unauthorized, website purporting to be operated by Investcorp’s subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and such party’s agents have contacted potential investors falsely claiming that they are acting on behalf of Investcorp. We would like to confirm that Investcorp has no connection or relationship with such third party, its agents or the website in question, and has notified the relevant authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of this incident.
